Committee will be formed under the chairmanship of ACS for the successful organisation of GIS-2025
Chief Secretary Shri Anurag Jain on Wednesday conducted a detailed review of the preparations for the Global Investors Summit 2025 at the Mantralaya. Chief Secretary Shri Jain directed to form a committee under the chairmanship of Additional Chief Secretary for the successful organisation and coordination of the summit. The Principal Secretaries of Public Works, Industry, Urban Administration, Tourism and Energy Departments will be members of the committee.
Shri Jain said that works of permanent nature should also be done during the summit, in which there will be no recurring expenditure. Arrangements should be made so that the invited guests can understand the cultural and historical heritage of the state and especially Bhopal and its surrounding areas. Work should be done on the concept of clean and green Bhopal.
In the meeting, information was given about the Prime Minister’s protocol, arrangements of Indore-Bhopal airport, state hangar, chartered plane, media plan, list of invited guests, traffic system, street lights, accommodation arrangements for guests etc for the preparations of Global Investors Summit.
Additional Chief Secretary Chief Minister’s Office Dr. Rajesh Rajoura, Additional Chief Secretary Shri K.C. Gupta, Additional Chief Secretary Shri Neeraj Mandloi, Principal Secretary Shri Sanjay Kumar Shukla, Commissioner Bhopal Shri Sanjeev Singh, Police Commissioner Bhopal Shri Harinarayanchari Mishra and Bhopal Collector Shri Kaushalendra Vikram Singh were present in the meeting.
