“Spain Commits €1 Billion Military Aid to Ukraine Amidst Rising Tensions”
Spain has pledged to provide military support to Ukraine worth one billion euros this year under an agreement signed today between Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy and Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez in Madrid. The pact entails the supply of modern military equipment for ground, aerial, naval, and other applications.
In contrast, two civilians were killed and five wounded in a Russian attack on Ukraine’s southern Mykolaiv region today.
On the other hand, one person was killed and three wounded in a Ukrainian drone attack on Russia’s Oryol region today. In a social media post, the regional governor, Andrey Klychkov, reported that a drone had crashed into a gas station, causing damage, and a second drone fell on it later, resulting in the death of a firefighter.
