“133 public meetings in 71 days, CM Sai”
Lok Sabha 24 : Raipur – Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai has addressed 133 meetings in 71 days during the entire Lok Sabha elections after the code of conduct was imposed on March 16. During this time he also joined the election campaign in Odisha, Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand and addressed a total of 33 public meetings and road shows.
On March 20, 2024, Shri Sai launched his election campaign after worshiping Maa Danteshwari in Dantewada. Chief Minister has held sixty four public meetings in Chhattisgarh from March 20 to May 29. While outside Chhattisgarh, it has conducted thirty-three general meetings and road shows in Madhya Pradesh, Odisha and Jharkhand. From the point of view of Bharatiya Janata Party’s workers’ conference, he has attended one worker’s conference in all the eleven Lok Sabha seats, including two in Bastar. If we talk about social conferences, about twenty four big social conferences have been addressed by Vishnu Dev. The Chief Minister has held at least one public meeting in almost every Vidhan Sabha of the state. In total, he spoke 133 times in 71 days to the public and threw his full force into the Lok Sabha elections in Chhattisgarh. A confident Chief Minister seems confident of winning all eleven Lok Sabha seats. Mr. Sai has also spoken of BJP’s bumper win in Madhya Pradesh, Odisha and Jharkhand.
In all public meetings of the Chief Minister, spontaneous crowds of common people turned up. People listened to CM SY’s speech with great enthusiasm and gave their full support by clapping and shouting slogans. A huge crowd of women was also seen in every meeting of Sri Sai. Women listened to CM Sai Ki Baat ko Dhyan se. The main reason for this is that the Mahatari Vandan Yojana is being considered to be implemented on a priority basis by the Vishnu government. Under this scheme, 70 lakh 12 thousand 417 women of the region have been released for three months at the rate of 655 crore 57 lakh rupees per month.
CM Sy exposed the corruption, scams and their failure in the previous Congress government in the workers’ meetings and public meetings. On which the common people applauded a lot. In between he also asked them questions to connect with the public. He repeatedly asked whether Modi ji is making the government for the third time, to which the answer was yes. Mr. Sai told the public how Bhupesh would see that the Congress under his leadership had scammed liquor, sand, coal, government land, PSC and looted the resources here. He publicized the FIR against Bhupesh Baghel for taking protection money of Rs 508 crore to run the Mahadev app without interruption, calling it a shame for Chhattisgarh. The Chief Minister has continuously told the public that out of the 36 promises made by the Congress, not a single promise has been properly fulfilled. It featured prominently in his speeches.
In every public meeting, CM Sy told the public about the major promises made under Modi’s guarantee. He said that within 100 days of the formation of the BJP government, his government has prioritized the major promises under Modi’s guarantee. Mr. Sai told the public about the outrageous statements made by the Congress leaders against PM Modi and other BJP leaders and strongly surrounded the opposition leaders.
The Congress family is shocked by the way the Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai, who is generally seen as simple, easy-going and mild-mannered, has taken command in his election meetings and pushed the Congress on the back foot by being aggressive on many occasions. As far as Mr. Sai is concerned, in the election frenzy, he did not hesitate to leave the helicopter and travel by road due to the heavy rains in the Naxal-affected areas. The incident is from Benur area of Narayanpur. This was the first time when a CM traveled here by road.
Vishnu Dev Sai seems confident of winning all the eleven Lok Sabha seats thanks to his confident storming tours. They say that this time the Congress has to be cleared from Chhattisgarh.
