Malkajgiri MP Etela Rajender Addresses Media in Sangareddy Amid MLC Election Campaign

Malkajgiri MP Etela Rajender addressed the media in Sangareddy as part of the campaign for the upcoming MLC elections for graduates and teachers in Karimnagar, Nizamabad, Adilabad, and Medak districts. The elections are scheduled for the 27th of this month, and the BJP is actively campaigning to secure victories for its candidates, Anji Reddy Garu for the Graduate MLC seat and Komaraiah Garu for the Teacher MLC seat.

Beware of Misleading Propaganda

As the elections draw closer, various forms of false propaganda are being spread through fake documents, anonymous accounts, and social media platforms. Etela Rajender urged teachers and graduates not to fall for such misleading tactics, emphasizing that they are well-informed and capable of discerning the truth.

“Those who lack the strength to fight fairly resort to conspiracies, spreading fake news and baseless allegations. Only those who cannot win by legitimate means indulge in such tactics. We must stand firm against these deceptive strategies,” he stated.

Baseless Conspiracies Against BJP

Rajender pointed out that the BJP has been diligently campaigning for over a month, rallying its entire party machinery, including MPs, MLAs, district presidents, and state leaders, in a coordinated effort to secure victory for its candidates. Unable to counter this momentum, political opponents have resorted to false narratives, claiming that BJP leaders paid money to secure tickets and engaged in internal conflicts. He dismissed these allegations as a desperate attempt to mislead voters.

PM Modi’s Vision for Employment and Economic Growth

Highlighting the BJP’s commitment to addressing unemployment, Rajender noted that the Modi-led government has allocated a budget of ₹4 lakh crore for 2024-25 to create job opportunities. He further stated that the upcoming 2025-26 budget includes significant provisions to support existing industries, promote new businesses, and encourage startups through large-scale financial assistance.

“When the BJP lays out a concrete plan to tackle unemployment, the Congress government merely resorts to hollow promises. It has done nothing but mislead the public. Unlike the Congress, the BJP delivers on its commitments,” he asserted.

Congress’s Broken Promises and Governance Failures

Rajender criticized the Congress government for failing to uphold its promises to employees, particularly teachers. Despite assuring amendments to GO 317 and addressing related irregularities, the government has yet to take any action. Furthermore, five Dearness Allowances (DAs) remain pending, and employees have not received their rightful benefits for over 15 months.

“It is disgraceful that retired employees are being forced to pay bribes just to receive their due benefits. Health cards and other essential services remain in a dire state. The Revanth Reddy-led government has deceived the people by making empty promises,” he said.

He urged voters to consider whether they should support a party that has consistently failed them or vote for the BJP, which has the strength and determination to fight for their rights.

Appeal to Graduates and Teachers

Rajender made a direct appeal to graduates and teachers, urging them to support Anji Reddy Garu and Komaraiah Garu in the elections.

“This government will not resolve your issues unless you take the initiative. Intellectuals, teachers, and unemployed youth must think carefully before casting their votes. We request you to stand with the BJP, which is committed to addressing your concerns and fighting for your rights,” he concluded.

With the elections approaching, the BJP remains focused on mobilizing support, ensuring that its candidates receive the backing of graduates, teachers, and the wider community.
