Chatbot Launched for Instant GPF & State Insurance Info for 12.5 Lakh Employees and Pensioners

Jaipur : Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari inaugurated a new AI-based chatbot developed by the State Insurance and Provident Fund (SIPF) Department, enabling over 12.5 lakh government employees and pensioners in Rajasthan to instantly access their GPF and state insurance account details with a single click.

Speaking at the launch, the Deputy CM said this innovation will significantly ease access to loan and withdrawal-related services for state personnel and retirees. She added that under Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma’s leadership, the government is embracing IT and innovation to enhance public services, with this chatbot being a key step in that direction.

Finance (Expenditure) Secretary Naveen Jain explained that the chatbot, accessible via the SIPF mobile app, website, and portal in both Hindi and English, will allow users to instantly view loan eligibility, account balance, nominee details, and more. All frequently asked questions will be addressed through the bot, with instant responses on click.

Director of SIPF Hempushpa Sharma reiterated the department’s commitment to providing financial and social security to employees. The Deputy CM also unveiled a new web browser developed by the department during the event, which was attended by senior officials including Joint Secretary of Finance (Insurance), Dhan Lal Sherawat.
