Efforts Will Be Made to Improve Staff Performance and Discipline; Digital Tools to Enhance Service Delivery – Director, Integrated Child Services
Jaipur : Director of Integrated Child Services, Shri Vasudev Malawat, has directed steps to improve the performance and discipline of staff to enhance the quality of services provided by the Directorate.
He stated that the Directorate plays a crucial role in delivering key services related to women and child development. To improve these services, there will be a focus on providing quality training to personnel as well as increasing field inspections. He emphasized that ensuring the provision of nutritious food (poshan) remains a top priority and that digital tools will be utilized more effectively to strengthen service delivery.
During a review meeting held on Wednesday at the Directorate Headquarters with Officers-in-Charge (OICs) from various departmental branches, Shri Malawat discussed safety measures at Anganwadi centers during the monsoon season, necessary precautions, and the nutrition distribution system. He issued specific instructions and called for the use of modern technology to enhance monitoring mechanisms.
He also instructed that steps be taken to empower Anganwadi workers and assistants. Furthermore, he emphasized the need for the timely resolution of pending court cases and directed that recruitment processes be initiated for approved but currently vacant departmental posts.
