Chief Minister Meets IG Assam Rifles (East)

Aizawl, Aug 2025: Today, Chief Minister Mr. Lalduhoma met with Major General Mr. Suresh Bhambu, IG of Assam Rifles (East) at his office. They discussed various important topics including the situation of the Assam Rifles and other pertinent issues.

The Chief Minister also addressed the deployment of the Mizo Territorial Army, updates on the Assam Rifles, and preparations for upcoming trainings. Additionally, discussions included matters concerning the Bairabi-Sairang railway construction and arrangements for upcoming visits by the Prime Minister.

The Chief Minister was accompanied by Pu Vanlaldina Fanai, Commissioner & Secretary to the CM, during the meeting.
