Continuous Efforts Underway to Give New Identity to Tourism in State: CM Dr. Yadav
Bhopal, sept 2025 : Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav on Saturday enjoyed breathtaking and attractive natural vistas of the Chambal River at Gandhi Sagar by taking a boat ride. Seated in the boat, he admired enchanting beauty of the river and relished the mesmerising journey.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the government is continuously working to give tourism in the state a new identity. The tourism activities being developed in the Chambal River region will not only create employment at local level but also serve as a major attraction for tourists from across the country and abroad.
After boating, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also rode a jet ski in the Chambal River. Riding on water waves, he appeared extremely happy and enthusiastic. He said that such activities will not only promote tourism but also provide a new opportunity to observe and understand the state’s natural heritage.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also took a safari jeep ride to visit the Tent City, where he reviewed tourism facilities and attractive arrangements available there.
Accompanying Chief Minister Dr. Yadav were MP Shri Sudhir Gupta, Garoth MLA Shri Chandar Sisodia, Commissioner Shri Ashish Singh, IG Shri Umesh Joga, Collector Smt. Aditi Garg, Police Superintendent Shri Vinod Kumar Meena, and other tourists.
