Decades-Old Cases Resolved On the Spot at National Lok Adalat, Joyful Atmosphere in Mandal Premises

Jaipur, Sept 2025 :The National Lok Adalat was organized on Saturday at the Rajasthan Revenue Board, Ajmer, where many decades-old cases were resolved, bringing smiles back to the faces of litigants. The bench comprised Board Member Shri Rajesh Kumar Daria and Hon’ble Member Shri Mahendra Lodha.

Out of 495 identified cases in the Revenue Board, 419 revenue cases were resolved in the spirit of Lok Adalat. Among these, five cases as old as 32 years were settled through mutual understanding. Notable among them were Ram Kalyan, Satyanarayan Agrawal vs. Mahaveer Prasad, Jagdish Prasad Agrawal of village Bahrawanda Khurd, Tehsil Khandar, District Sawai Madhopur. These litigants were felicitated with garlands and congratulated by Hon’ble Registrar Shri Mahaveer Prasad, Members of the Board, and Bar President Shri Narendra Singh Rajawat for resolving their disputes amicably.

Similarly, 15 revenue cases pending for over 20 years were also settled on the basis of mutual compromise during the Lok Adalat.
