Union Minister Smt. Annapurna Devi Offered Prayers to Lord Jagannath in Raipur

Prayed for the prosperity and well-being of the state and the nation after worship

Raipur, Sept 2025 : Union Minister Smt. Annapurna Devi offered prayers to Lord Jagannath in Raipur.

During her two-day visit to Chhattisgarh, Union Minister for Women and Child Development, Smt. Annapurna Devi, reached the Jagannath Temple located in Gayatri Nagar, Raipur, today. There, she had the sacred darshan of Lord Jagannath, Lord Balabhadra, and Goddess Subhadra and performed rituals and worship.

In the temple premises, while performing the traditional puja, the Union Minister prayed for the happiness and prosperity of the people of the state and the country, as well as for the good health and bright future of all. On this occasion, she said that with the blessings of Lord Jagannath, the path of peace, prosperity, and development would open not only for Chhattisgarh but for the entire nation.

On this occasion, Chhattisgarh’s Minister for Women and Child Development, Smt. Laxmi Rajwade, and MLA Shri Purandar Mishra were also present. They accompanied the Union Minister for the temple visit and prayed for the well-being and happiness of the people of the state.
