“Work with Human Sensitivity” – Shri Deka

Probationary Deputy Collectors Pay Courtesy Call on the Governor

Raipur, Sept 2025 : Probationary officers of the State Administrative Service (Deputy Collectors), led by Shri T. C. Mahawar, Director of Chhattisgarh Academy of Administration, paid a courtesy call on Governor Shri Ramen Deka at Raj Bhavan today.

Governor Shri Deka extended best wishes for the bright future of the probationary officers and urged them to always remain committed to serving the nation and society while performing their duties sincerely and working with human sensitivity. He emphasized that they have an important role in the development of Chhattisgarh. He advised them not to work under any pressure, to take prompt decisions in the public interest, and to ensure that citizens receive results when they submit applications for grievance redressal.

The Governor stressed the need to prevent fraud in land mutation cases and to take strict action against land mafias. He assured the officers that if they face any issues while discharging their official duties, they are welcome to approach Raj Bhavan.

On this occasion, the Governor’s Secretary Dr. C. R. Prasanna, Training Director Shri Pranav Singh, and probationary Deputy Collectors Ms. Sarika Mittal, Shri Shubham Dev, Ms. Shiksha Sharma, Ms. Shubhangi Gupta, Ms. Pooja Pincha, Mrs. Madhu Gabhel, Shri Devashish Kuri, Ms. Bhavana Sahu, Shri Lokansh Elma, Ms. Rashmi Poya, Shri Ashish Kumar, Shri Sumit Kumar Dhruv, Shri Abhishek Tamboli, and Shri Gagan Sharma were present.
