Special Edition of ‘Aaple Mantralaya’ Magazine on Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Released
Mumbai, Sept 2025 : A special edition of the magazine ‘Aaple Mantralaya’ dedicated to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj was released today by Minister of Information Technology and Cultural Affairs, Adv. Ashish Shelar.

On this occasion, Director General and Principal Secretary of the Directorate General of Information and Public Relations (DGIPR) Brijesh Singh, Under Secretary of the General Administration Department Ajay Bhosale, Director of DGIPR Hemraj Bagul, Deputy Director Govind Ahankari, Special Duty Officer Irshad Bagwan, along with a large number of ministry officials and staff were present.
This special edition provides an in-depth study of various subjects related to the Shivaji era, including forts, weaponry, correspondence, currency, and water management. Minister Adv. Ashish Shelar, in his remarks, said that the radiance, ideas, and ideals of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj continue to inspire society even today. The main objective of this special edition is to carry forward the legacy of his work and vision to future generations.
During the program, Under Secretary Ajay Bhosale presented to Minister Adv. Shelar a painting and a statue of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, both created by him.
