Chief Minister Dhami Hears Public Grievances at Janata Milan Program

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami listened to public grievances during the Janata Milan Program held on Tuesday at the Chief Sevak Sadan located in the Chief Minister’s Camp Office. Following the successful conclusion of the State’s Silver Jubilee Year celebrations, the Chief Minister has intensified public outreach and interaction.

During the program, the Chief Minister heard the problems and complaints of people who had come from various parts of the state. He directed officials to strengthen the feedback mechanism and ensure prompt action on all complaints and demands received from the public. He said that such platforms should be utilized to bring the administration closer to the people.

The Chief Minister emphasized that the government’s goal is to resolve public issues in a timely and satisfactory manner. For this, every department must work responsibly and adopt a proactive and sensitive approach in line with public expectations. He instructed officials to ensure swift resolution of public grievances and to make the grievance-redressal process simpler, more transparent, and easily accessible through technological means.

Chief Minister Dhami said that the State’s Silver Jubilee Year is an opportunity to deepen public participation and dialogue. The suggestions and demands received from citizens during this period will be incorporated into the policy-making process. He added that the government is committed to ensuring that every citizen benefits directly and promptly from development schemes.

He also appealed to the public to offer constructive suggestions in the interest of the state and to participate actively in efforts aimed at public welfare. The Chief Minister said that the core objective of every government policy and decision is public welfare and the overall development of the state.
