The program will be conducted strictly following the customs and traditions of Sikhism.
During the event, a replica of the Gurudwara (Darbar Sahib) will be installed on the grounds, requiring devotees to enter barefoot. Through this Shramdaan, participants experienced service to the Guru, devotion, and love for the community. As Nanded hosts an important Sikh religious seat, this martyrdom anniversary event holds exceptional significance. Devotees from various religions and communities are expected to participate. District Collector Rahul Kardile has urged everyone to attend the event in large numbers.
To ensure a smooth experience for the devotees entering barefoot, Modi Maidan was thoroughly cleaned. School students enthusiastically participated, contributing their labor as an act of service, expressing satisfaction in being part of the initiative.
This preparatory Shramdaan ensures that the grounds are safe, clean, and ready to host thousands of devotees during the commemorative event, reflecting the spirit of devotion, unity, and community service.
