Mumbai; March 2026: The Reserve Bank Of India on 10th March 2026 has rendered administrative approval to Dreamplug Paytech Solutions Private Limited, having their registered office at: 404, Uphar II CHSL, Plot No. 05, BHD Sanjeeva Enclave, 7 Bungalows, Andheri West, Mumbai- 400061, to commence operation as “Payment Aggregators”.
The category under which they can operate is, PA-O: Payment Aggregator – Online.
The license would allow Cred to sign up merchants, collect payments on their behalf across payment instruments, and handle settlement and refunds.
The company managed payments worth 8.5 trillion rupees ($92.40 billion) for 15 million users in the fiscal year ended March 2025, as per the firms audited report.
