Iran Confirms Killing of Top Security Official Ali Larijani in Deadly Strikes

The violence follows coordinated US-Israeli military operations launched on February 28, targeting Iranian assets. In response, Iran and its regional allies have carried out retaliatory attacks on Israeli and American interests across the Middle East, significantly raising fears of a broader confrontation.

Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi has denied reports of any renewed contact with US representatives, including envoy Steve Witkoff.
