Seven IAS Officers of 2025 Batch to Strengthen Rajasthan Cadre: Chief Secretary V. Srinivas
Jaipur, April 2026: The induction of seven Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers from the 2025 batch will further strengthen the Rajasthan cadre, Chief Secretary V. Srinivas said on Monday.
Interacting with the trainee officers at the HCM Rajasthan State Institute of Public Administration (HCMRIPA), Srinivas welcomed them into Rajasthan’s rich administrative tradition and emphasised the state’s governance philosophy of “Maximum Governance, Minimum Government.”
During the session, HCMRIPA Director General Shreya Guha also guided the trainee officers and shared insights on effective administration.
Srinivas elaborated on Rajasthan’s citizen-centric governance model, highlighting the importance of time-bound grievance redressal, ensuring the delivery of welfare schemes to every eligible beneficiary, and focusing on infrastructure development. He also stressed the role of digital governance, administrative reforms, and institutional integrity in improving public service delivery.
The Chief Secretary encouraged the officers to effectively utilise key initiatives such as Mission Karmayogi, technology-driven governance systems, public outreach programmes, the Chief Minister’s Rural Development Campaign, Raj Unnati, and women empowerment initiatives. He urged them to uphold constitutional values, impartiality, transparency, and a strong commitment to public service in their administrative roles.
Calling upon the officers to work with dedication, innovation, and leadership, Srinivas said their contributions would be crucial in strengthening administrative institutions and achieving long-term development goals. He expressed confidence that their efforts would help realise the vision of a developed Rajasthan by 2047, in alignment with broader national goals such as Atmanirbhar Bharat and the vision of a developed India by 2047.
The interaction served as an important orientation for the newly inducted officers, equipping them with a clear understanding of the state government’s mission, priorities, and governance approach.
