Delhi Investor Roadshow for ‘Rising Rajasthan’ Global Investment Summit 2024 on September 30

Jaipur : Under the leadership of Chief Minister Shri Bhajan Lal Sharma, a two-day event will be held in New Delhi on September 30 to attract domestic and foreign investors, corporations, and national and international organizations for the ‘Rising Rajasthan’ Global Investment Summit 2024. The Investor Roadshow and outreach initiative aims to inform stakeholders about investment opportunities in Rajasthan. The event will also feature participation from Industries and Commerce Minister Colonel Rajyavardhan Rathore, Chief Secretary Shri Sudhansh Pant, Principal Secretary of the Industries Department Shri Ajitabh Sharma, and other senior state officials.

On the first day, the Rajasthan government delegation, led by the Chief Minister, will engage in an Investor Meet with the Chairmen/CEOs of selected companies. The following day will include a Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSE) conclave and an Ambassadors Roundtable to discuss policy changes and fiscal/non-fiscal incentives aimed at attracting investment.

The roundtable will welcome ambassadors and diplomats from major countries, including the U.S., U.K., Germany, Japan, and more, providing a platform to promote Rajasthan as a viable investment destination. Earlier that day, the Chief Minister’s delegation will also participate in the CPSE conclave to invite major public sector enterprises to collaborate on new projects in the state.

In preparation for the ‘Rising Rajasthan’ Global Investment Summit 2024, which will take place in Jaipur on December 9-11, the state government has conducted previous investor roadshows in cities like Mumbai, Seoul, and Doha, successfully signing investment proposals worth over Rs 4.5 lakh crore at the Mumbai event on August 30.

‘Rising Rajasthan’ Global Investment Summit 2024 at a Glance

The ‘Rising Rajasthan’ Global Investment Summit 2024 will take place in the capital city of Jaipur on December 9, 10, and 11 of this year. It is being organized by the Government of Rajasthan in collaboration with the Department of Industries and Commerce, the Bureau of Investment Promotion (BIP), and the Rajasthan State Industrial Development and Investment Corporation (RICO), with BIP serving as the nodal department.

The objective of this three-day mega summit is to invite both domestic and foreign small and large companies, as well as international organizations and investors, to engage in various industrial activities within the state and to provide other necessary facilities. During this Global Summit, special sessions will focus on diverse sectors, including Agriculture, Renewable Energy, Education & Skills, Automotive & Electric Vehicles (EVs), Infrastructure, Chemicals & Petrochemicals, Tourism, Startups, Mining, and Electronics System Design and Manufacturing (ESDM)/Information Technology (IT) and IT-enabled Services (ITeS).

The Investors Roadshow being held in Delhi is organized in collaboration with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), which is the Industry Partner for the ‘Rising Rajasthan’ Global Investment Summit 2024. Additionally, PwC is the Knowledge Partner for the summit.
