Nath sect has made a significant contribution in the promotion of yoga : Chief Minister Dr. Yadav

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav attended the third All India Saraswat Samman Samaroha of Gauraksha Shaktidham Sevarth Foundation organized in the auditorium of the Social Research Institute on Sunday evening as the chief guest. The Chief Minister was honoured with a bouquet and shawl-shriphal. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also released the book ‘Adhyatma Pravah’ in the programme.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said I salute Bhagwan Gorakshanath ji from the city of Lord Shri Mahakaleshwar and Avantika of Emperor Vikramaditya-Bhrithari. He said that the Nath sect has made a significant contribution in the promotion of yoga and even today they are doing special work in protection of cows, yoga, spirituality and social service. The Nath sect had been representing in the democracy of India since the beginning. At present, Rajya Sabha MP Balyogi Saint Shri Umeshnath Ji Maharaj is representing Ujjain.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that I congratulate all the All India Saraswat Award winners for their remarkable work. Minister-in-charge Shri Gautam Tetwal and Rajya Sabha member Balyogi Sant Shri Umeshnath Ji Maharaj highlighted the importance of yoga and social service through their speeches in the programme. The welcome speech was given by Dr. Shivanandan Joshi. Mahamandaleshwar Swami Shanti Swaroopanand Ji Maharaj and MLA Shri Anil Jain Kaluhera etc. were present in the programme.
