Additional Chief Secretary Ashwini Bhagat Emphasizes Office Modernization in Mission Mode

Jaipur : Additional Chief Secretary of the Minority Affairs Department, Mr. Ashwini Bhagat, chaired a budget review meeting of the Minority Affairs and Waqf Department at the Secretariat on Friday. During the meeting, he instructed officials to prepare a comprehensive action plan for the year and implement it accordingly.

He emphasized that the modernization and computerization of offices should be carried out in mission mode to enhance the efficiency, productivity, and skills of the staff.

Mr. Bhagat also stressed the need for strict monitoring of the department’s activities in the upcoming year. He stated that funds will only be released upon the proper completion and submission of documentary evidence, including certification and photographs, which must be provided by the concerned agency.

The meeting was attended by Mr. Matadeen Meena, Director of the Minority Affairs Department; Mrs. Rajni C. Singh, Managing Director of the Rajasthan State Minority Finance and Development Cooperative Corporation Ltd.; Mrs. Neetu Barupal, Joint Secretary of Minority Affairs; Mr. Abu Sufiyan, Additional Director; and Mr. Chetan Chauhan, Secretary of the Madarsa Board, along with other senior officials of the department.
