The collector heard the problems of the common people in the public meeting
Korba : In the Collector Janchaupal organized at the district office today, Collector Shri Ajit Vasant listened to the problems and complaints of the common people seriously and directed the officials to resolve them. A total of 91 applications were received in the Janchaupal today for redressal of different problems. The collector has sent the applications to the concerned officials as per the cases and directed them to resolve them as early as possible as per the rules. Along with this, he registered important cases within the time limit and sent the necessary action to the concerned officer. During this, Additional Collector Shri Dinesh Nag, Assistant Commissioner Tribal Development Department Shri Shrikant Kaser and other departmental officers were present.
In the Jan Chaupal, Janmejaya Singh got demarcation, report, copy of the case, Jam Singh got compensation for loss caused by installation of tower, Roop Lal got employment in the case of land acquired by Lanco at village Khoddal, villagers of Gram Panchayat Kurudih got the solar panel repaired in Baigapara Mohalla, Kachri Bai of Bakimongra got maintenance from her son, Tilsay of village Gursia got his land registered in his name fraudulently by another person, Ward No. Women of 16 pump houses complained about not getting sufficient water in Atal Niwas Mohalla, Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat Dondro complained about encroachment on government land in Dondro, Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat Vijaypur complained about damaged electricity pole and electricity problem in village Vijaypur, Sunita Korwa of village Achhimar complained about getting employment, Utsav Samiti of Rajgamar complained about encroachment on Dussehra ground Rajgamar and other government land, Parmeshwar Singh Toppo, resident of Gram Panchayat Chachia complained about not getting wages for building construction work, Ramayan Prasad complained about construction of drain for water drainage, Jeevan Lal, resident of Industrial Area complained about cutting of dry trees, Ramayan Das of Gram Panchayat Gemra complained about stopping illicit liquor, residents of village Pandaripani complained about removal of encroachment from government land.
Apart from this, other applications were received in Janchaupal like health treatment, making of new ration cards, demand for employment, construction of road drain, removal of encroachment, compensation, demarcation. Collector Shri Ajit Vasant sent all the applications to the concerned officers and directed them to examine the applications and ensure action within the time limit as per the rules of the government.
