Kapil Bainsla from Palwal creates history in Kazakhstan, wins Gold Medal in Asian Shooting Championship

Chandigarh, Aug 2025 – Haryana Chief Minister Sh. Nayab Singh Saini congratulated Kapil Bainsla, the promising player from Palwal, for winning the gold medal at the 16th Asian Shooting Championship held in Kazakhstan. Kapil achieved this honour by securing the top position in the 10m Air Pistol Men’s Junior Final.

Speaking to Kapil over the phone, the Chief Minister said that his achievement is a source of inspiration for all players of Haryana. He wished him a bright future and assured that the state government is continuously working for the development of sports and to encourage players.

Haryana Sports Minister Sh. Gaurav Gautam also congratulated Kapil and said that his gold medal is not only a matter of pride for Haryana but for the entire nation

It is noteworthy that Kapil Bainsla secured the first position in the 10m Air Pistol Men’s Junior Final and brought glory to India. His achievement has made not only Haryana but the whole country proud.
