Vikramaditya Was Pioneer of Indian Judicial System: CM Dr. Yadav

Bhopal, Sept 2025 : Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that India has glorious history of administration of justice. Emperor Vikramaditya was a pioneer of India’s justice delivery system. His exemplary administration of justice is still cited even today. He has global recognition.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was addressing the All India Meeting organized by the Vishwa Hindu Parishad Law Cell in Indore on Saturday.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, timely reforms have been made in many laws of India, which were also need of the hour. True justice lies in the purity of heart and impartial decisions of judges. He said that we should take pride in our Indian culture and judicial tradition, and decisions of courts must be followed equally by all.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that continuous efforts are being made to strengthen law and order in Madhya Pradesh. The Noise Control Act is being strictly enforced in the state. Additionally, open sale of meat has been banned and strict compliance is being ensured. He emphasized that the law is equal for everyone, and those who violate it will not be tolerated under any circumstances. On the issue of “Love Jihad,” the Chief Minister said that it is against religious freedom and individual dignity. Those involved in Love Jihad will not be spared, and strictest action will be taken against them. Dr. Yadav said that the state government’s objective is to ensure that there is no discrimination in justice and law enforcement. Every section of society should receive equal justice, and the public should have confidence that law is supreme in Madhya Pradesh.

The program was also addressed by Swami Shri Jitendranand Ji Maharaj. On this occasion, Union Minister of State for Law and Justice (Independent Charge) Shri Arjun Ram Meghwal, international president of the council Shri Alok Ji, Joint Secretary Dr. Surendra Jain, National Coordinator of Law Cell Dr. Abhishek Atre and Guardian of Law Cell Justice Shri V.S. Kokje were especially present.
