Raipur, Dec 2025: NavSankalp has once again created history with 63 talented students from Jashpur district successfully selected in the Chhattisgarh Police Constable examination. This achievement is more than just a number—it is a shining result of the soil, hard work, struggle, and the distinguished educational tradition of NavSankalp. The NavSankalp Educational Institute, operated with DMF funds in Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai’s home district of Jashpur, has once again earned unprecedented success, bringing pride to the district across the state.

DMF-funded Institution Becomes a Major Force for Youth

The Jashpur Collector, District Panchayat CEO, and SSP congratulated the selected candidates, stating that this achievement reflects the dedication of the youth and the quality of training provided. The SSP arranged enhanced physical training for students, which clearly benefited them during the selection process. The large number of selected candidates is a unique moment of pride for Jashpur district. Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai, who laid the foundation of this institute during his tenure as a Union Minister, has turned it into a boon for the youth of the district.

NavSankalp has not only provided competitive exam preparation but also instilled discipline, focus, environment, and determination, energizing the youth. Many of these successful candidates come from extremely poor families, who achieved this success despite limited resources. NavSankalp guided them, empowered them, and once again raised Jashpur’s name with pride across the state.

The Principal of NavSankalp and the District Employment Officer stated that a total of 150 youth were provided free training across three batches. Among them, 45 youths had already been selected for Nagar Sainik, and this time 63 candidates succeeded in becoming police constables, bringing glory to Jashpur. Selection was based on two stages: a 100-mark physical efficiency test and a 100-mark written test, totaling 200 marks. During training, senior officials including the Assistant Collector and Deputy Collector periodically guided the students. The former Principal of NavSankalp also contributed significantly to the holistic development of students and extended best wishes to the selected candidates.

Core members of NavSankalp and the Principal conducted regular motivational sessions to boost students’ enthusiasm and confidence. Daily physical training was provided, giving students a significant advantage during examinations. Coordinators and several eminent personalities also guided the students and congratulated them on their success.
