CM Dr. Yadav Felicitates Eminent Personalities at ‘Pride of Madhya Pradesh–2025’

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav stated that it is a matter of pride for Madhya Pradesh to welcome and felicitate distinguished personalities from the fields of industry, business, art, literature and music. He said that Madhya Pradesh has a rich historical legacy. There has been a tradition of recognising and honouring distinguished individuals under various systems of governance in India. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav honoured eminent personalities who have earned recognition in different fields at the felicitation ceremony of ‘Pride of Madhya Pradesh–2025’, held at the Kushabhau Thakre International Convention Centre.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that it reflects the spirit of democracy. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, a well-organised and efficient administrative system is in place today. With the blessings of the people, Prime Minister Shri Modi is serving his third term and has established several important benchmarks. Long-pending issues of several decades have been resolved.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that, in addition to those engaged in infrastructure development, the contributions of individuals working in other sectors are equally significant. These eminent personalities have worked tirelessly to become role models. He said that the Madhya Pradesh government is working to establish simplified systems and good governance to accelerate progress. Due to the implementation of a transparent system, the state is achieving significant success in the areas of industry and investment. The Chief Minister said that by 2028, every district in Madhya Pradesh will have a medical college. He stated that the state has set a target of expanding irrigation coverage to 100 lakh hectares. This synergy of the double-engine government will yield notable achievements in the field of development. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav congratulated all the award recipients.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav felicitated sports commentator Shri Sushil Doshi, cricketer Jay Prakash Yadav, film actor Shri Govind Namdev, Shri Mukesh Tiwari and other distinguished personalities from the fields of industry, healthcare and various sectors. At the beginning of the event, Editor Shri Satish Singh and CEO Shri Sumit Modi also addressed the gathering and welcomed the guests.
