Chief Justice Shri Ramesh Sinha administered oath to two additional judges

Chief Justice Shri Ramesh Sinha administered the oath to Shri Bibhu Dutt Guru and Shri Amitendra Kishore Prasad as Additional Judges of Chhattisgarh High Court, Bilaspur today at Chhattisgarh High Court Bilaspur.

It is noteworthy that the Department of Law and Legislative Affairs, New Delhi had issued a notification regarding the said appointment on 12 August 2024. In the oath taking ceremony, Advocate General Shri Prafulla N. Bharat, President of High Court Bar Association Shri Umakant Singh Chandel and Deputy Solicitor General Shri Ramakant Mishra threw light on the lives of the newly appointed judges.
Senior advocates, office bearers of Bar Association, advocates, Registrar General and judicial officers, judicial officers of Judicial Academy, officers and employees of the Registry were present on this occasion.
