Meeting of the Mizoram State Policy Coordination Committee

Aizawl, Nov 2025: The Mizoram State Policy Coordination Committee held a meeting at the office of its Chairman, Chief Minister Pu Lalduhoma. The meeting reviewed the ongoing progress of the Hand Holding initiatives.

During the meeting, the committee examined matters related to the selection of candidates for the Loan Component under the Progress Partner initiative, coordination with banks, steps to arrange additional participating banks, and issues concerning applications received under the CM Special Package. As of today, a total of 34,384 new applications have been received under the CM Special Package in its second phase.

In the Pilot Phase, banks have disbursed loans to 243 beneficiaries under the loan component progress partner category, while 262 applications are still pending. In the second phase, 302 applications have been received under this component.
