Chief Minister Releases UNESCO World Art Day Commemorative Book
Aizawl, February 2026: Chief Minister Pu Lalduhoma released the Commemorative Book marking UNESCO World Art Day 2025.
World Art Day 2025 was observed in April last year at the I&PR Auditorium, with Chief Minister Pu Lalduhoma—who is also the Chief Patron of the International Association of Art (IAA), Mizoram Chapter—gracing the event. The occasion focused on showcasing Mizo traditions and culture to the world through visual art. As a continuation of this initiative, the commemorative publication was formally released today at the Chief Minister’s Office.
The event was attended by Pu Manaj Saha, President, IAA–India and UNESCO Official Partner; Pi Lalhming Mawii, Mizoram State Coordinator; Pu Rosiamliana Ralte, Mizoram State Secretary; Pu Lalchuailova, State Advisor; and other dignitaries.
