To ensure better management of the state’s religious and culturally significant sites, comprehensive studies and field visits are being undertaken at prominent pilgrimage centres across the country to examine crowd management systems, security arrangements and other essential facilities. The objective is to develop Madhya Pradesh as a model state for pilgrims visiting its religious destinations. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was interacting with local media representatives in Jammu on Friday before departing for the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that a delegation from the Madhya Pradesh Government is currently visiting the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine to study the facilities and arrangements available for devotees. He said that he was visiting the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine to seek blessings for the welfare and prosperity of the people of Madhya Pradesh. He noted that the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board operates a university, a medical college and several service institutions. These initiatives help provide devotees and pilgrims with well-organised and efficient arrangements, ensuring a smooth and convenient pilgrimage experience. The Madhya Pradesh delegation will study these arrangements in detail to develop an effective service model for pilgrims visiting the state’s religious destinations.
