Global Skill Park Realising Chief Minister Dr. Yadav’s Vision

Bhopal, May 2026 : Sant Shiromani Ravidas Global Skill Park (SSRGSP) has emerged as a powerful example of a new work culture in skill development, where training extends beyond classroom learning to prepare youth for the evolving needs of global industries. Under the leadership of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, Madhya Pradesh’s skill development ecosystem is increasingly connecting young people with international employment opportunities.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav has been creating new avenues for youth by linking skill development with industrial growth, investment, and employment. In line with this vision, under the guidance of Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Skill Development and Employment, Shri Gautam Tetwal, skill-based training systems in the state have been made more industry-oriented and employment-focused, and the positive outcomes are now becoming visible.

As part of these efforts, three students from Batch-9 of the institute have been selected for employment in Hungary. The selected candidates have already reached Hungary and commenced their professional assignments. This achievement highlights the effectiveness of the state’s modern skill-training model and industry-aligned education system.

The students selected for employment in Hungary are Lucky Sahu from the Advanced Mechanical Technology programme and Roshan Kumar and Mayank Jangid from the Advanced Mechanical and Electrical Services programme. Hailing from regions such as Seoni, Champaran, and Dausa, these students have demonstrated that with access to quality training and opportunities, young people can establish a distinct identity on the global stage.

At SSRGSP, students receive training through state-of-the-art machinery, simulation-based learning, hands-on practical exercises and curricula designed in line with real industry requirements. Along with technical proficiency, special emphasis is placed on workplace discipline, professional conduct, safety standards, and understanding international work culture. As a result, graduates of the institute are successfully meeting the expectations of both national and international employers.

Congratulating the selected students, Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Skill Development and Employment Shri Gautam Tetwal said that their selection for jobs in Hungary reflects the quality and effectiveness of Madhya Pradesh’s skill development model. He stated that the State Government is working not merely to provide training but to ensure meaningful employment opportunities for youth. Modern skills, practical training, and a workforce aligned with industry demands will form the foundation of a developed Madhya Pradesh.

The success of these students is indicative of a broader transformation in which the youth of Madhya Pradesh are moving beyond local boundaries and making their mark globally. In the coming years, SSRGSP aims to connect an even larger number of young people with international employment opportunities and set new benchmarks in the field of skill development.

All three students have been selected by SRF Limited, a globally reputed industrial group. SRF is among India’s leading manufacturing companies, operating in sectors such as specialty chemicals, fluorochemicals, packaging films, and technical textiles. The company has manufacturing facilities in India as well as several countries, including Hungary in Europe, and is known for its advanced technology, global quality standards, and innovation-driven work culture.

Securing employment with such a prestigious international company is a testament to the students’ skills, training, and professional competence. It also demonstrates that youth trained at SSRGSP are successfully positioning themselves to meet the requirements of global industries and compete on the international stage.
