Cooperative Minister Shri Kedar Kashyap today inspected the Kendri Paddy Procurement Center of Aabhanpur Block. On this occasion, he checked the moisture of paddy with a moisture measuring device at the procurement center. He said that online and offline token system has been arranged to provide convenience to farmers in selling paddy. Farmers will not face any kind of problem in the token system. Also, lifting of paddy from the paddy procurement center will also be started soon.
Minister Shri Kashyap told the farmers who came to sell paddy at the center that Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai, keeping in mind the immediate needs of the farmers, has provided the facility of withdrawing an amount of 2000 to 10,000 through micro ATM at the procurement center itself. He appealed to the farmers to withdraw money from micro ATM, farmer Yogeshwar Sahu withdrew 10 thousand rupees, Jhaliram Sinha withdrew 10 thousand and other farmers withdrew money from micro ATM in the presence of the minister.
Minister Shri Kashyap on this occasion talked to the farmers who reached the procurement center and inquired about the facilities and arrangements. He said that Chhattisgarh government is working with commitment in the interest of farmers. Paddy is being purchased from farmers at Rs. 3100 per quintal. This will empower farmers. Chhattisgarh government is also working in a planned manner in the field of irrigation.

On this occasion, Abhanpur MLA Mr. Indrakumar Sahu, Registrar of Cooperatives and Cooperative Societies Mr. Kuldeep Sharma, DCCB CEO Mrs. Apeksha Vyas, Deputy Commissioner Mr. N.R.K. Chandravanshi and farmers were present.
