Union Home Minister Amit Shah Visits Shirdi, Offers Prayers at Sai Baba Samadhi
Shirdi : Union Home Minister Amit Shah visited the Sai Baba Samadhi Mandir in Shirdi and offered prayers at the holy shrine. Following this, he also visited Dwarkamai and Gurusthan to seek blessings.
He was accompanied by Legislative Council Chairman Prof. Ram Shinde and Water Resources Minister (Godavari and Krishna River Development Corporation) Radhakrishna Vikhe Patil.
On behalf of the Shri Sai Baba Sansthan, Shri Shah was felicitated. Present at the occasion were the Ad-hoc Committee Chairperson and District & Sessions Judge Mrs. Anju Shende (Sonatakke), District Collector Siddharam Salimath, and Shri Sai Baba Sansthan’s Chief Executive Officer Gorakh Gadilkar.
Earlier, upon his arrival at the Shirdi Airport, Union Minister Shah was welcomed by Union Minister of State for Civil Aviation Murli Manohar Mohol, Legislative Council Chairman Prof. Ram Shinde, Water Resources Minister Radhakrishna Vikhe Patil, District Collector Siddharam Salimath, Nashik Range Special Inspector General of Police Dattatraya Karale, Superintendent of Police Rakesh Ola, and Chief Executive Officer of the Zilla Parishad, Ashish Yerekar.
