Rationalization Improves Quality of Education in Schools, Brightening Children’s Future
Raipur, Aug 2025 :Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai’s ambitious Rationalization Policy has transformed the face of education in rural schools. Schools that once suffered from a shortage of teachers and where learning was disrupted are now running regular and high-quality classes smoothly.
The primary school in Hanoda village of Durg district is an excellent example of this change. Earlier, children from classes 1 to 5 did not have enough teachers. At one time, a single honorarium teacher was responsible for teaching all subjects, making it impossible to provide equal attention to all classes. However, under rationalization, three new teachers were appointed to the school, completely changing the situation. Now, each class has a dedicated teacher, and students receive subject-specific instruction.
School in-charge Mrs. Sarojini Verma shared that the initiative has brought positive changes. She proudly mentioned that three students from Hanoda school have been selected for Navodaya Vidyalaya, a clear testimony to the quality education being imparted here.
Special classes are organized for academically weaker students to strengthen their basic knowledge. The dedication and discipline of the children are evident from the fact that they complete their homework regularly. Not only that, but parents are also alert about their children’s education — if homework is not assigned, they visit the school to ask why.
Similar changes in many rural schools, just like in Hanoda, prove that rationalization is not merely a teacher redistribution exercise. It is a determined effort to enhance the quality of education and take children’s futures to new heights.
