Rationalization Brings More Teachers to Sapnai Schools – Benefiting Students from 7 Villages

Raipur, Sept 2025 : The process of rationalization has strengthened the education system in Sapnai village, located at the far end of Raigarh district. Earlier, only five teachers were working across the village’s primary, middle, and high schools. Recently, seven additional teachers have been appointed, bringing the total to twelve.

With new subject-specific teachers for Science, English, and Social Science in the high school, students are now receiving better-quality education. The children shared that learning has become easier and more engaging with specialist teachers.

Sapnai Sarpanch, Mr. Madan Chauhan, expressed that under the leadership of Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai, this initiative will directly benefit not only Sapnai but also students from seven surrounding villages – Devbahal, Jharguda, Adbahal, Niranjanpur, Balbhadrapur, and Saraipali.
