MPSC Group ‘B’ and ‘C’ Exams Rescheduled to January 4 and 11 Due to Municipal Council Vote Counting

Mumbai, Dec 2025 : The Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) had scheduled the Maharashtra Group-B (Non-Gazetted) Combined Preliminary Examination – 2025 and Maharashtra Group-C Combined Preliminary Examination – 2025 on December 21, 2025. However, due to the close proximity between exam centers and municipal vote counting locations, shortage of staff, traffic congestion, and other significant reasons, the Commission has decided to postpone the examinations, it informed.

Revised Exam Dates

The Group-B (Non-Gazetted) Combined Preliminary Examination – 2025 will now be held on January 4, 2026, and the Group-C Combined Preliminary Examination – 2025 will be held on January 11, 2026. Candidates are advised to take note of the revised dates of the examinations, the Commission appealed.
