CAIT Delegation Pays Courtesy Call on Chief Minister, Invites Him to Join Swadeshi Sankalp Yatra

Raipur, December 2025 : Representatives of the Confederation of India Traders (CAIT) paid a courtesy call on Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai today at his office in the Assembly premises. During the meeting, the delegation invited the Chief Minister to participate in a programme being organised in Durg on December 20 as part of the nationwide Swadeshi Sankalp Yatra, being conducted jointly by the Confederation of India Traders and the Swadeshi Jagran Manch.

Welcoming the CAIT representatives, Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai thanked them for the invitation and appreciated such initiatives that strengthen the Swadeshi ideology.

It is noteworthy that the Swadeshi Sankalp Yatra will pass through the major routes of Durg city as part of its public outreach. The primary objective of the yatra is to promote a strong Swadeshi movement, encourage the “Vocal for Local” initiative, empower local trade, and spread the message of indigenous entrepreneurship among the masses.

On this occasion, CAIT President Shri Prakash Sankhla, Yatra Convener Shri Sanjay Chaubey, and other office-bearers of the organisation were present.
