Chief Minister Ayushman Arogya Blood Donation Camps: 44,705 People Donate Blood Across the State

Jaipur, December 2025 : On the occasion of the completion of two years of the state government, a total of 894 Chief Minister Ayushman Arogya blood donation camps were organised across various districts of the state from December 1 to December 15. Setting an outstanding example, 44,705 units of blood were collected through these camps, with blood donors making a significant contribution to saving the lives of thousands of people. Notably, the Kota division recorded the highest collection with 16,161 units of blood.

On the initiative of Chief Minister Shri Bhajanlal Sharma and under the guidance of Medical and Health Minister Shri Gajendra Singh Khimsar, the Medical and Health Department organised these Chief Minister Ayushman Arogya blood donation camps in all districts. Through these camps, blood donors fulfilled their social responsibility by helping save the lives of patients in distress during emergencies and disasters, while also becoming a source of inspiration for others.

Principal Secretary, Medical and Health Department, Mrs. Gayatri Rathore, informed that according to the available data, 16,161 units were collected in the Kota division, 10,461 units in Jaipur division, 2,171 units in Bharatpur, 5,777 units in Bikaner, 3,660 units in Jodhpur, 3,326 units in Ajmer, and 3,149 units in Udaipur division. She emphasised that blood donation is a noble act, and the organisation of such camps provides crucial support in saving lives during disasters or accidents. Therefore, every healthy individual should not only donate blood but also encourage others to do the same.
