Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav stated that youth power always writes new history. With the boundless energy, innovation and entrepreneurial thinking of the youth, Madhya Pradesh is continuously setting new benchmarks of progress. He stated that the state is brimming with youthful energy and is advancing towards new heights of development through collective efforts. Entrepreneurship, he added, is in the DNA of Indians and has been an integral part of our culture, which today’s new entrepreneurs are giving a fresh direction through modern technology, innovation and their skills. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav addressed the Young Entrepreneur Forum (YEF) Summit–2025 at the Brilliant Convention Centre in Indore on Saturday. The Chief Minister said that the new entrepreneurs of Madhya Pradesh have boosted job creation by leveraging their intellect, skills and modern technological knowledge. With their dedication, hard work and self-confidence, they have carved out their own niche. He remarked that the hallmark of Indian entrepreneurship is that it is not limited to mere profit-making but is always linked to the welfare of society and the nation. Our young entrepreneurs, he said, have made significant contributions to the development of society and the state through their risk-taking ability and courage.
Extending best wishes to young entrepreneurs, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said, “They should pursue whatever they wish to do with full dedication and self-confidence. Once they have started, they should aim for expansion, and while expanding, they should strive to take the entire society along.” Chief Minister Dr. Yadav assured that the government will always stand as a supportive partner, extending all necessary assistance, from establishing business units and industrial setups to commencing production. He urged the youth to move forward with full strength and hard work to realise their dreams and play an active role in building an Atmanirbhar Madhya Pradesh through their innovations and entrepreneurship.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav stated that investments are flowing into every sector in Madhya Pradesh, from pharmaceuticals and agriculture to fisheries, food processing, technology, tourism, automobiles, and manufacturing, creating new employment opportunities. Entrepreneurship is truly successful only when it is linked to national welfare. With the golden opportunity to build a new India, young entrepreneurs should make an indelible contribution to the country’s development. He added that India’s bright future is with us today, and youth have given direction to society through ideas, faith, enterprise and investment in their respective fields. Some provide ideological direction to the nation and values, some connect youth with purpose and discipline, and some ignite entrepreneurial confidence.
Entrepreneurship as a Tradition of Public Welfare in India
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav stated that entrepreneurship runs in our veins, rooted in Indian culture as a tradition of public welfare. The nation progresses not just through jobs but through entrepreneurship, which provides employment to many and keeps the economy moving. Madhya Pradesh is at the forefront of the fastest-growing states, having taken decisive and far-reaching measures in industry, investment, and employment over the past two years. He informed that a new Invest MP 3.0 portal has been launched, providing investors with policies, approvals, incentives and AI-based feasibility services on a single platform. The state has a vast land bank of over one lakh acres, strengthened through GPS-based industrial land banking to ensure timely and suitable land availability for investors. The goal, he said, is not only to create investment-friendly policies but also to ensure their effective implementation.

New India to Become Global Economic Powerhouse with PM Modi’s Resolve
Union Minister for Communications and Development of North Eastern Region Shri Jyotiraditya Scindia said that Chief Minister Dr. Yadav has given a new identity to the heartland of India, Madhya Pradesh, through his capability and resolve. He addressed young entrepreneurs at the Brilliant Convention Centre today. New ideologies develop the seeds of progress, and through entrepreneurship, any industrialist connected to the land can serve Mother India. He said the goal of the young entrepreneurs’ forum should be progress, not just for themselves but for Madhya Pradesh and Mother India. Your talent will shape the promising future of the country. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India will once again become the golden bird and emerge as an auspicious star on the global stage.
Union Minister Shri Scindia stated that over the past 12 years, India has risen from the 10th to the 4th largest economy in the world, surpassing Japan and Britain, and is expected to overtake Germany by 2027 to become the third-largest. Prime Minister Modi has propelled India forward in the race for economic progress. Our GDP is now $4.5 trillion, and India has transitioned from a service provider to a major exporter of products to the world. With PM Modi’s resolve, the new India will become the economic powerhouse of the future.
India: World’s third-largest Start-up Ecosystem
The Union Minister said that Prime Minister Modi is reshaping India by promoting good governance, entrepreneurship development and innovations. India now hosts the world’s third-largest start-up ecosystem. With the growth of manufacturing, the country has become the second-largest automobile producer globally. India has journeyed from 3 to 120 unicorns. The country now has a vast telecom network, growing from 65 million internet connections in 2014 to over one billion today. India has undergone a remarkable transformation—once reliant on imports for BCG and other vaccines, the nation developed two vaccines during COVID-19 and supplied them free of cost to 150 countries, saving countless lives. Prime Minister Modi has resolved to make the world one family in the spirit of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam. Today, India is advancing in every direction on the ground, our tricolour is waving even at the Moon’s South Pole. Chandrayaan and Gaganyaan missions have become global examples. Young Entrepreneurs Should Never Compromise on High Values and Principles
Union Minister Shri Scindia stated that with advancements in IT, India has developed the indigenous Zoho mailing platform, competing with global giants like Microsoft. He urged the youth to always uphold two principles: never compromise on the high values and ethics instilled by their parents and the nation. Some took shortcuts, grabbed others’ money, made headlines, but not identity. Young entrepreneurs should aim for their institutions to endure even after them, upheld by values and principles. The Scindia family has followed five principles for 300 years: 1. Maintain your vision, 2. Take bold decisions, 3. Stay optimistic, 4. Balance strengths with team spirit, 5.
