Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann Orders Transfer of Four IAS Officers

Chandigarh : Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has ordered the transfer of four IAS officers, appointing them to new positions as Deputy Commissioners. An official order has been issued to formalize these changes.

New Appointments:

• Kulwant Singh, previously serving as the Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Moga and Commissioner of the Municipal Corporation of Moga, has been appointed as the new DC of Mansa, replacing Paramvir Singh.
• Vishesh Sarangal, formerly the DC of Gurdaspur, will now take on the role of DC of Moga, in addition to his duties as Municipal Corporation Commissioner.
• Uma Shankar Gupta, who was the Director of Local Government, has been transferred to the position of DC of Gurdaspur, succeeding Sarangal.
• Rajesh Tripathi, who served as Additional Secretary of Revenue and Rehabilitation and Director of Land Records, Settlement, Consolidation, and Land Acquisition in Jalandhar, is now the new DC of Muktsar, replacing Harpreet Singh Sudan.

The posting orders for Paramvir Singh and Harpreet Singh Sudan will be issued at a later date.
