Telangana State Govt. waived farm loans up to Rs 2 lakhs

Chief Minister Sri A Revanth Reddy addressed a public meeting in Wyra on Thursday.

Highlights:
State government waived farm loans up to Rs 2 lakhs within eight months after coming to power. Farmers freed from debt burden by waiving off Rs 31,000 crore farm loans. Made the promise of waiver of farm loans up to Rs 2 lakh by August 15 and fulfilled the same. Rahul Gandhi assured the farmers of the waiver of farm loans and the government is committed.

Telangana government is the lone government which has deposited Rs 18,000 crore in the farmers bank accounts directly in 27 days.

Harish Rao challenged that he will resign from MLA post if the farm loans are waived by August 15. Now, the BRS leader should take a call. If not, Harish should rub his nose on the ground at the Martyrs Memorial and tender an apology to the Telangana farmers.

The Congress government sticks to the word and will not turn back. Government is striving to implement the Six Guarantees. 4.50 lakh Indiramma houses are sanctioned this year. 3,500 houses are being allotted for each assembly constituency.

BRS leaders are telling lies as usual. The leaders are still adamant even after the party received a drubbing in the Lok Sabha elections and drew a blank. The BRS party lost deposits in 7 MP seats. The BRS would have won at least one MP seat if people considered the party. Currently, the BRS party is begging for alms at the Banjara Hills bus stand.

Government will complete the Sitarama Lift Project by August 2026. Will provide irrigation facility to 7 lakh acres in Khammam district. Will take the responsibility of bringing water from Munneru river by gravity and make plans to construct a 15 TMC reservoir in the name of Veerabhadra for Dornakal constituency.

We are implementing the six guarantees one by one. Handed over appointment orders for 30,000 jobs in three months after coming to power. The government prepared plans to provide 65,000 jobs this year.

BRS drew a blank in Khammam district. KTR and Harish Rao are trying to cheat people again by telling lies. I will take the responsibility to completely dismantle BRS and throw it in the Bay of Bengal if the Khammam people support.

BJP has no place in Telangana. BJP won 8 MP seats and the ruling national party gave nothing except ‘Gadida Guddu’ (Donkey’s egg) to Telangana in the union budget.

Agreed with the challenge thrown by Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka to BRS and ready for an open debate on agriculture, irrigation projects and welfare schemes. Ready for debate at Martyrs memorial also and KTR and Harish should decide who will face him.

Harish Rao should resign and the congress is ready to defeat in the by-election. The BRS leaders neglected people’s plights when they were in power. Now, they are experiencing pain.

Appeal to people who do not believe the BRS false propaganda. It is our responsibility to complete the projects in the state and provide irrigation water to the farmers.
