A new initiative for the better future of children in Mahasamund district has not only improved their nutritional level, but has also increased the importance of education and community participation. The “Nyota Bhojan” program being run under the Pradhan Mantri Poshan Shakti Nirman Yojana has left a deep positive impression among the children and the community.
The objective of the “Nyota Bhojan” program is to provide nutritious food to the students, so that their physical and mental development gets a boost. In this program, donors, social organizations, and the local administration together organized special meals in schools, in which the children not only got nutritious food, but were also made aware of the importance of education and health.

This initiative showed that when society and administration work together, big changes are possible. It is being seen as a step towards social harmony. This program not only provided nutritious food to the children, but also increased their interest in education and awareness about health. Better nutrition improved the children’s ability to concentrate on their studies and also boosted their physical development. “Nyota Bhoj” has proved that with the right thinking and collective efforts, any challenge can be overcome. This program is not only a step towards giving a better life to the children, but has also become a symbol of unity and participation in the society.
