AYUSH Ministry Launches Prakriti Assessment Campaign via Mobile App
AYUSH Ministry’s Prakriti Assessment Campaign: Health Assessment Conducted via App for Officials and Staff of the Information and Public Relations Department
Jaipur : Under the joint aegis of the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, and the Government Ayurvedic College, Pratap Nagar, Jaipur, a “Prakriti Assessment” health check was conducted on Friday for all officials and staff, including Director of the Information and Public Relations Department, Mr. Vijay Pal Singh, using the “Prakriti Parikshan” mobile app. This initiative by the AYUSH Ministry aims to determine the constitution of individuals based on Ayurvedic principles and improve their health.
Senior Medical Officer in charge, Vaidya Rajesh Sharma, working at the Secretariat Complex, stated that the Prakriti Assessment of all officials and staff was conducted under the leadership of Nodal Officer Dr. Kamini Kaushal, along with Dr. Meena Meenu and her team. He explained that Prakriti Assessment is a comprehensive survey-based mobile application that helps users determine their constitution (prakriti) based on fundamental Ayurvedic principles.
During the assessment, Dr. Sharma identified each individual’s tri-doshas (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha) and provided guidance on maintaining health by making small daily routine changes accordingly. He emphasized that the app would continuously provide individuals with new health-related insights. He also expressed optimism that this significant initiative would contribute to fulfilling Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of a “Healthy People, Healthy Nation” in the near future.
