People of many villages of Sanaval area go to the district headquarters Garhwa and block headquarters Nagar Utari and Dhurki of Jharkhand located on the other side of the river for shopping and treatment every day. The Public Works Department is constructing a high level bridge on the Kanhar river between Dhauli of Ramchandrapur development block of Balrampur-Ramanujganj district and Balchaura of Dhurki block of Garhwa district of Jharkhand at a cost of Rs 15 crore 20 lakh.
