Chief Minister Dr. Yadav: Madhya Pradesh is a State of Opportunities for Industrial Activities and Investments
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav invited industrial groups and investors to the “Global Investors Summit” to be held in Bhopal on February 24 and 25 in the presence of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was addressing prominent representatives of the industrial sector and investors during an interactive session held in Pune.
Dr. Yadav stated that Madhya Pradesh is a state full of opportunities for industrial activities and investments. The year 2025 has been declared as the Year of Industry and Employment in the state. Special focus is being given to investment-friendly policies, excellent infrastructure, and the availability of skilled human resources to accelerate the pace of industrial development and make the state economically more advanced and prosperous.
Madhya Pradesh, with its natural beauty, religious sites, and world-class infrastructure, is emerging as an attractive destination for investors. Indore, the state’s business capital, has also established itself as the cleanliness capital. Pithampur and Mandideep have developed as major industrial hubs not only for the state but for the entire country.
Simplified and attractive policies have been developed for sectors like education, health, mining, pharmaceuticals, tourism, and IT. To promote investment in various regions of the state, interactive sessions with industrial groups and investors are being organized in cities across the country. The session in Pune is a continuation of this series. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav stated that industries in Madhya Pradesh do not face challenges such as labor issues or other difficulties. The ability to focus entirely on one’s work is a unique trait of the people of the state. The concept of Ease of Doing Business is deeply embedded in both the government and society. With the use of IT resources, managing industries in Madhya Pradesh has become much simpler and more efficient in the current era.
Dr. Yadav expressed confidence that the upcoming Global Investors Summit, to be held in the presence of Prime Minister Shri Modi, will further strengthen the relationship between industrial groups and Madhya Pradesh. Under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi, the country is on the path to becoming the world’s third-largest economy.
Industrialists play a crucial role in advancing the country’s economy. Just as a soldier protects the nation at the border, an industrialist contributes to making the country capable, prosperous, and magnificent through skilled management. Industrial groups are an effective means of generating employment.
Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra Share a Historical Bond
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav remarked that Madhya Pradesh shares a deep emotional connection with Maharashtra. The climate of Pune is similar to that of Madhya Pradesh. All the holy sites of Malwa are linked with Maharashtra. Referring to Chhatrapati Shivaji, the Scindias, the Holkars, and the Peshwas, Dr. Yadav highlighted the exemplary governance, valor, skill development, and religious contributions of Lokmata Ahilya Devi.
