Baba Khimwadas Ji Dedicated His Life to Social Service and Strengthening Sanatan Dharma: Deputy CM Bairwa
Jaipur, Aug 2025 :Deputy Chief Minister Dr. Premchand Bairwa on Sunday said that Baba Khimwadas Ji devoted most of his life to social service and to strengthening Sanatan Dharma. Remembering the contribution of his guru, Baba Lal Das Ji, Bairwa said their selfless service to society and religion remains a source of great inspiration.
He was speaking as the chief guest at the foundation stone-laying ceremony of the upcoming 100-bed Baba Banshidas Hospital at Sangaliya in Dantaramgarh tehsil of Sikar district. Earlier, he visited the sacred fire pit (Dhuni) of Baba Khimwadas Ji Maharaj and sought the blessings of Peethadheeshwar Om Das Ji Maharaj.
Deputy CM Bairwa said that laying the foundation of this hospital on Baba Khimwadas Ji’s death anniversary is a meaningful way to honor his contribution and to draw inspiration to serve society better under his guidance. He highlighted that Baba Khimwadas Ji’s work was significant for social upliftment and spreading awareness.
He recalled that Baba Lal Das Ji, in 1945, took progressive initiatives for education and healthcare by establishing four to five schools and a dispensary. Following in his footsteps, Baba Khimwadas Ji dedicated his spiritual practice to awakening society through education as a powerful tool.
Bairwa said Baba Khimwadas Ji spread awareness by traveling from village to village with devotional songs, inspiring people and infusing society with new energy. He noted that the soon-to-be-built Baba Banshidas Hospital will be a true blessing for the community.
Describing Sangaliya Dhuni as a symbol of social service and spiritual dedication, he said it was established 350 years ago by Baba Sanga Ji and has since grown into a strong pillar of spirituality, education, health, and social service. The institution has always played a leading role in serving humanity and has positively transformed thousands of lives. Baba Sanga Ji’s teaching was clear: true service is selfless, aimed at the welfare of all. The hospital, Bairwa said, is a living example of this vision and will provide high-quality and affordable healthcare to all sections of society.
He further emphasized that Baba Khimwadas Ji promoted values like de-addiction, social unity, and spiritual awareness. His life, Bairwa said, was an extraordinary example of spiritual miracles and service to humanity. “True religion,” he believed, “is one that serves humanity and lives for others.”
Union Minister of Tourism and Culture Gajendra Singh Shekhawat also addressed the gathering, highlighting that Sangaliya Dham has made remarkable contributions for the past 557 years in religion, education, health, and social harmony. He noted that the institution worked tirelessly to eradicate untouchability and uplift the poor and marginalized.
Union Minister of Law and Justice Arjun Ram Meghwal said the establishment of Baba Banshidas Hospital will provide better medical services to local residents within their own region.
Dhod MLA Govardhan Verma also addressed the program.
The event witnessed the presence of Revenue, Colonization and Sainik Welfare Minister Vijay Singh, Chairman of the State Sainik Welfare Advisory Committee Prem Singh Bajaur, several public representatives, and a large number of villagers.
