CM Inspects Rajasthan Helpline 181, Interacts Directly with Complainants

Jaipur, January 2026: Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma inspected the Rajasthan Sampark Helpline 181 on Friday, engaging directly with citizens to understand their issues and ensure timely resolution. Under his guidance, the state government is committed to sensitive, transparent, and accountable administration, addressing public grievances efficiently.

During the visit at the Secretariat, CM Sharma spoke personally with complainants, listened attentively to their concerns, and instructed officials to provide swift solutions. He also sought feedback on various welfare schemes to assess their effectiveness.

Among those who approached the CM were Pinky Yadav from Mohammadpur Nangliya Kohri, Kotputli-Bahrod, requesting a disability certificate; Jitendra from Bodigama Chhota village, Dungarpur, regarding caste and residence certificates; and Lajwanti from Pratapnagar, Jaipur, also seeking a residence certificate. Officials were directed to resolve these matters promptly.

Kishanlal from Bhojasar, Ratangarh, Churu, reported delays in house lease issuance at the Gram Panchayat level. CM Sharma instructed authorities to ensure the lease is issued without delay.

The CM reviewed the helpline’s operations, complaint registration system, and follow-up process. He directed officials to monitor incoming complaints closely on the portal to ensure timely redressal.

Under CM Sharma’s leadership, the government prioritizes public service, enabling citizens to register complaints from home via the 181 helpline and receive prompt solutions.
