Newly appointed candidates thank CM Yogi for transparent recruitment process
Lucknow : In a heartfelt display of gratitude, candidates who received their appointment letters at the Lok Bhavan auditorium on Wednesday collectively thanked Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath for “playing a pivotal role in their success”. The newly appointed individuals attributed their achievements to the Chief Minister’s efforts in ensuring a transparent and fair recruitment process.
Reflecting on the changes since 2017, the candidates highlighted the stark contrast between the pre-2017 era, characterized by nepotism, corruption, and discrimination, and the current system under CM Yogi’s leadership, which they described as transparent and merit-based.
Rukhsana Bano from Kanpur, recently appointed as a Civil Engineer in the Housing and Development Council, expressed her deep gratitude to CM Yogi. She praised the government for conducting a recruitment process free from discrimination, emphasizing that her selection was based solely on merit, not religion or caste. “This government has rewarded our hard work and honesty. If you are qualified and capable, securing a government job is not difficult,” she remarked.
Vishnu Dutt Tripathi, who secured the position of Junior Engineer Civil in the Rural Engineering Department, shared similar sentiments. He highlighted the government’s success in providing opportunities to individuals from rural areas, like himself, through a transparent selection process. “Coming from a rural background, I have achieved a government job due to the fairness of this government’s appointment process. I sincerely thank the Chief Minister for this opportunity,” Tripathi said.
Anuj Kumar Gupta, hailing from Bihar and newly appointed as a Junior Engineer in the Minor Irrigation Department, praised the government’s dedication to the youth. He pointed to the day’s event as direct evidence of this commitment. “Through a fair and transparent process, the youth are receiving appointment letters. I vow to work with honesty and impartiality in my role, and I hope this government continues to be in power so that such more opportunities could be provided to the youth,” he said.
Harikant from Ayodhya district, now a Junior Engineer in the Agriculture Department, reflected on the challenges faced under the previous administration. He noted that many deserving candidates, like himself, were previously denied opportunities due to nepotism. “The Yogi government has recognized the hard work of thousands of young people and awarded appointments based on merit. For that, I am profoundly grateful,” Harikant shared.
Following the distribution of appointment letters at Lok Bhavan, five selected candidates expressed their heartfelt thanks to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath for ensuring a transparent and fair recruitment process.
Mridul Sharma, a resident of Bijnor, shared his joy after being appointed as a Junior Engineer Civil in the Rural Engineering Department. “After completing my diploma in civil engineering, I aspired to secure a government job.
