Rodingliana discussed Mizoram’s policy favoring hydropower development, requesting the MNRE’s support in facilitating new hydel projects. The Union Minister assured that the MNRE would assist with small hydel projects under its schemes to meet the state’s needs.
Pu F. Rodingliana also met with Chirag Kumar Paswan, Minister of Food Processing Industries, to seek assistance in developing Mizoram’s food processing sector. He emphasized the potential for cultivating high-quality products such as oranges, ginger, and bamboo, urging the Ministry to provide support in these areas.
