Cyclothon giving message of making Haryana drugs-free: MP Dharambir Singh

Chandigarh – MP from Bhiwani-Mahendragarh Lok Sabha constituency Sh. Dharambir Singh said the Drugs-Free Haryana Cyclothon should not be considered as just a cycle journey. The purpose of this journey is to make every citizen along with the youth aware to make Haryana drug-free.

The MP gave this message today before sending the Drugs-Free Haryana Cycle Yatra from Radha Swami Satsang Bhawan Dinod Ashram in Bhiwani to Dadri. He said Punjab was once counted among the developed states of the country but now, the youths of this state are in the grip of drugs and the pace of development has stopped.

He said drug addiction is gradually coming to our state Haryana as well, which is a matter of concern. We have to stop this addiction here itself. This is possible only when every citizen is aware and keeps an eye on his surroundings so that no one sells drugs in any way.

He said we all have to support this campaign launched by Chief Minister Sh. Nayab Singh Saini and make Haryana drugs-free. He said drugs ruin the future of the youth. He called upon the players to stay away from drugs and win medals for the state and the country in sports.
