CM Pushkar Singh Dhami paid a courtesy visit to Union Minister of Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari in New Delhi.
During the meeting, the Chief Minister informed the Union Minister about the extensive damage to roads and bridges in various parts of the state, including the Dharaali area of Uttarkashi district, due to recent disasters and heavy rainfall. The Chief Minister specifically highlighted the significant damage to roads and bridges in the Dharaali area and requested central assistance for their immediate repair and reconstruction.
The Chief Minister also shared information about the damage to roads and bridges in other areas of the state affected by heavy rainfall and requested the Centre to provide prompt assistance. Union Minister Shri Nitin Gadkari assured the Chief Minister of all necessary support and assistance.
